FERDINAND
Ferdinand is a celebration of wheelbuilding craftsmanship. I set out with three goals in mind - I wanted to gain a better understanding of CNC post-machining for cast parts, explore different mechanisms, and build a beautiful and functional truing stand. I named this project Ferdinand (after the bull), and it builds off the work that I did in Lost and Foundry in Spring 2016, but with a bigger emphasis on experimentation.
